Meet Kinesiologist Sean Conner

Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer, Coach, & Educator

As a kinesiologist with over 15 years of experience, I specialize in personal training and active rehabilitation in Vancouver, helping clients achieve their fitness goals or recover from injuries. Kinesiologists are human movement specialists with university degrees who support individuals in improving fitness, regaining function, and enhancing overall health. Whether you’re striving to excel in athletic performance, move pain-free, or recover from a motor vehicle accident, I provide evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs.

My work spans diverse settings—from coaching world-level runners, cyclists, and triathletes, to helping individuals regain mobility after a stroke or neurological condition. I’ve supported clients in weight loss, body composition changes, and rehabilitation through ICBC’s Active Rehabilitation program. In addition to working directly with clients, I teach kinesiology at the university level, sharing my expertise to inspire the next generation of movement professionals.

 

I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology with an extended minor in Psychology, a Bachelor of General Studies, Emergency Medical Responder Certification (EMR HCP-BLS & AED), and a Master of Rehabilitative Sciences from the University of British Columbia (UBC).

 

My academic and practical experience equips me to guide clients of all backgrounds—whether their goal is building strength, recovering from injury, or embracing a healthier, more active lifestyle.
